With a background in construction and a licensure in tiling, Ray brings 17 years of experience to every job. Born here on Kaua`i and raised in LA, Ray returned to the Garden Island in 2007. Ray and his wife Allison bought their first home in 2020, before welcoming their baby girl in February of 2021. Ray understands first-hand how many necessary steps are involved in becoming a homeowner, and his goal is to streamline that process to help families get into their homes and back what's most important...family. He is now an ASHI-certified home inspector, and looks forward to serving the local community.

While helping Ray completely renovate his home in 2020-2021, John took an interest in home renovation and inspection. After learning on the job, John completed a rigorous 60-hour course from the American Society of Home Inspectors to further his knowledge in the field. He is now a certified home inspector as well and is excited to start this new venture with his brother-in-law. He hopes that their team will help home buyers and sellers make informed decisions for their families.
